Somdeb Bharati is an accomplished architect with a Master’s degree in Construction Management from IIT Delhi and over 25 years of extensive experience in the construction and real estate industry.

He brings deep expertise in design and project management, having successfully delivered projects from concept to completion with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and timelines. His core strengths include design management, multidisciplinary coordination, and the implementation of cost-effective, sustainable, and energy-efficient construction solutions.

A natural leader and trained moderator, Somdeb is highly skilled in guiding teams, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and resolving complex technical challenges. He has also represented IIT Delhi in the prestigious EU-funded CLIMON Project, collaborating with leading European and Indian institutions, including the Council of Architecture and the Archaeological Survey of India.
